Sisters Project.

Headed home to pick Ami and Michelle up as well as to load additional wedding photos into PhotoFrenz for developing.
Thanks to Michelle's free credits!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Muacks, muacks, muacks!

As Yong and I were loading the photos in Ami's room - Ami and Michelle was in Mich's room.
They were putting on the decals they bought online!
Yong and I got in the act too after we finished loading the photos.

Obviously, only Yong could reach the highest points.
So, he had to help with the furthest decals...

Caught Roxy 'blur' photo.
Probably wondering what we were doing and why no one was paying attention to her.

Michelle came back after helping to 'send' the photos to print.

Erhm..too short so I had to sit out..

Roxy still looking for someone's attention.

Now for the 'lower' parts!

This is how it's supposed to look on the wall.

Me holding part of the decal on my finger.

Roxy finally found someone to pay her some attention!

Waiting...

3 sisters in the act..

After completing 2/3 of the decal - we headed out to Jurong Point for Baby Christine's Birthday Bash.
Can I call it a bash?

Zhenli's Birthday!

It's the month of October and this whole weekend was packed with birthdays!
First up, let me wish people -

Siti - Happy Belated Birthday Babe...
Zhenli - Happy Birthday Jie! How was the date?

We went out last night to celebrate Zhenli's birthday. Jo couldn't meet us as she had a prior appointment.
Mei and I met up with Zhenli to go get her present (and mine) at Taka.
After that, we went to Raflles CITY's (apparently I message Dorothy Raffles Place) Shodoku Japanese Restaurant (food market).

Zzz...

Started this post this morning as I was in a call and was up since 7am..
Was still thinking of sleeping actually..but after the call I've got to get in to office..

Was lying in my old bedroom and the whole room is so different. Although the bed, table and wardrobe's at the same corners but it just feels different. Nonetheless, I had a good night's rest..that doesn't change much. =P

The feeling of being home and seeing my sister, mom and Smelly is exceptionally good.
Only thing was Mic was at a camp and I had her bed all to myself! That makes it good too..

This weekend is really packed..3 birthdays (actually more if I include the birthday celebration in office tomorrow). It's really been fast..2009 is coming to an end..haha..I know I'm really too quick but it's already mid-October! Than it will be November and December..Christmas and than New Year!

Ok, being very random here SO I shall sign off...

Shopping Ban!

YES! I am on a shopping ban! And I wish I can stick to it!
Anyway, after buying so much clothes from Old Navy, F21, Mayuki etc ... my focus is now on SHOES!!!
Still shopping..I know..but it's been so long I last brought shoes!
Oh, also bags - Michelle's ordering a couple of bags from Bigi for me. =P
Ok! I'm done shopping after I clear my credit with Mayuki!
Just need to get a couple more Christmas prezzies - ya, I start pretty early when it comes to Christmas shopping. FYI, Ami and Mic - your's are already bought! I've also got ideas on what to get for some other friends for Christmas so my list is almost done!

So, on Saturday, Yong and I went to Vivo to do some shopping.
Wanted to watch Funny People but the 2.40pm show was pretty full thus we opted for the 5.45pm one. With time to spare we walked around lor. There was so many people carrying Chomel bags that I told Yong let's pop in - nothing.
Next to it was Toys 'R' Us and next to it was Charles & Keith! Shoes!!!

Guess he was bored. Please excuse my gi-gantor legs.
My new gladiator wedges!
I also brought a pair of pewter colored heels from Charles & Keith but had to go to Bugis to pick it up as Vivo ran out of my sizing.
I used to wear 35 for their shoes but now I need to wear 34.
I think their sizings are getting bigger - sooner or later there will be no more shoes in my size..

Waiting for my shoes to try.

After my satifying shoes spree - we went to Marche for Lunner (Lunch+Dinner).
It's been so long since I stepped into Marche.

Our usual - Rosti, Ceasar Salad, Calamari and (of course) beer.
Yong drank most of it...

After that, it was time for our movie.
Happy People was a M18 show.
I think you know what happens next - they wanted to check my I/C.
My, my, was I flattered. Yong was laughing and joking to the person that I can't be younger than 18 lah.
It was so embarrassing. Lucky no one was behind us.
Why can't the bouncers check my I/C instead?!?!

Lost Brain - If found please return...

I think I lost my brain today or its not functioning.
It's just an empty feeling (up there) today.

After lunch, Henry accompanied me to Coffee Bean as I was craving for my Hot Vanilla.
I ordered, " Hot Vanilla, no alcohol please..."
Yeap.. No alcohol...I have no idea what I was saying..I had wanted to order no caffine..the order taker looked at me and laughed saying that they don't serve alcohol there..how stupid can I get lor..think that has got to be my most bimbotic moment today man...

If anyone finds my brain, please kindly return it to me.

Thank you.

The Hossan Leong Show!

Woke up at 11am on a Sunday morning after the late night with the gang on Saturday, I was freaking tired!
We previously booked tickets to watch 'The Hossan Leong Show' for the 3pm matinee as I had wanted to watch a local production for a long long time.

The show was pretty interesting but I did feel a little bored in the middle when it became a tad bit draggy on the interview portion of 2 divas - ' Mariah' and 'Whitney'.

Other than that, it was pretty interesting to hear about the various local reports such as our Ms. 'Boomz', HDB upgrades, Little Nonya, national knowledge (pledge, ministers etc) amongst many other topics.

Also, there were so much giveaways! I was really surprised. It was a talk show and freebies are part of it but it was really a shock to see so much! There was a make-over given (makeup, clothes, shoes and accessories), Brands products, wine, 1-year supply of ice-cream yoghurt etc!

On a serious note, I think the whole show was pretty good.
Can't wait to see Broadway Beng at the end of the year.
Sponsors anyone?

House Warming.

After the long wait, we finally had our house warming on Saturday.
Thanks to all that came to 'warm' our house up. These includes our all friends and families..
We did some minor shifting to make the house look a little more spacious in order to accomodate the catering. Our corridor was pretty narrow so we didn't want to trouble our neighbours nor let our guests walk in and out of the house (we know the trouble especially if they weren't wearing slip-ons).

We shifted the shelves to make space for the buffet line.

First to arrive - Trish's cupcakes. They look gorgeous don't they? Absolutely love the colors!

Setting up of the buffet line.

Ok, I told Yong I'll be ordering Mee Siam but in the end I changed it to Kueh Pie Tee so I think he was a little lost when he realised there's no Mee Siam!

Catered Nasi Lemak with Otah, Fried Chicken, Fried Egg, Ikan Billis with peanut and lotong vegetables. The sambal chilli was missing!! Everyone asked me where's the chilli..sorry guys I didn't realise coz I don't eat..hahah...

Side orders - Kueh Pie Tie, Samosa and Fried Chicken Wing.
Below are some random photos taken by my dearest Siti.
I was too busy entertaining..

Mike made cake for my house warming - Indonesian Walnut cake!
Thanks Mike!

Ashley brought her Littlest Pet Shop Monopoly game that her mummy bought for her.

Ashton sleeping despite the noise.

Guess who end up playing Monopoly with Ashley? No other than the hostess herself.
Siti was the banker - see the money infront of her?

The game was really pretty.
The tokens were the pets - dogs, cats and a hermit crab.
I kept stepping in to Ashley's property and that made her a really happy girl too!

Dearest Luke enjoying the icing of the mini cupcakes.

Auntie Trina carrying Ashton. With Mike looking at the food.
Thanks guys for coming down!

Mummy, Ami, Ler Jun, KW, Verene, John, Mei, Jo, Dorothy, Cindy, Thomas, Mother and Father also came in the afternoon but no photos as I was busy playing Monopoly (and losing at it ) with Ashley.

Come night fall, another gang was here to warm our house.
Yong's friends from the army.

The whole gang...minus Yong.

It seems like Nico loved the durians in the photo but actually I think she hated it.
Yong was pretty reluctant to let us buy the durians but it has been so long since I last ate so I egged him on to let the gang go to Geylang to buy. In the end, he drove them to buy. haha...
He sat one corner while we savoured the durians man! It was really good.

Thanks guys!
Remember the Christmas potluck!
