Counting Down.

Yes, I'm officially counting down.
Over the weekend, I'd packed my delivery bag, clear the space at home, bought the foldable bed from Ikea and got some baby stuff (wet wipes, detergent, baby wash) etc in preparation for the arrival.

Mr Look and I also went for the 32nd week checkup last Friday.
She's weighing in at 1.7kg (compared to 1.072kg 4 weeks ago) and mummy's at 58.6kg (about 11kg gain).
She's doing good except for the fact that she has yet to turn head down and is still in the bridge position.
We'll see how it goes in the 34th week checkup.

Dr Tan is actually targeting the 38th week for her to come out.
That will be early May instead of the actual EDD of 19 May.

I guess I'm all set and we'll just get the stuff we need when she comes along.
Counting down to the day that I'll be suffering~

Rainbow~

Seldom see this but Mr Look spotted it (as usual).
Gave me some hope after seeing the beautiful spectacle.

Gorgeous isn't it?
Some times we just need to look up even during the day and appreciate the smallest things in life~

盧廣仲~我愛你.

Pretty old song from about 3 years back.
It's a really nice song though.
Enjoy~

Saturday Breakfast~Roti Prata!

Ate this last Saturday.
Roti Prata made by a Chinese man.
Maybe it was due to the queue, I find the prata not really cooked as I could still taste the flour.
However, I do believe this is made with butter and not the traditional ghee.
The curry was nice too.
Chinese made curry tastes different from Indian made.
Ice Horlick for my drink.
Hearty breakfast!

Haul~Clinique Chubby Stick.

After getting the Whoppin Watermelon Chubby Stick (and loving it), I asked Jenn to get me another 2 more.
This is real moisturising and I need it as I get chapped lips easily these few weeks.
I think it's due to my pregnancy as I read that some ladies having the same symptoms.
I'm putting on lip balm every night before I sleep.
If I forget (or get lazy) for 2 nights, my lips will be chapped the following day *horrible*.
Yeap, it's that bad despite me drinking more than 2 litres of water daily.
Oh well, the changes to the body during pregnancy is something I can't control.

This time I got mega melon (04) and super strawberry (07).
I realise that the colors are a little off what was given on the Sephora website.
Below are the swatch from my sticks.
Whoppin Watermelon is a barbie pink shade - not really what I thought when I got it.

L to R: 07 and 04.

T to B: 07 and 04.
07 - its more of a darker pinkish shade and 04 is more of a coral shade.
*pardon my descriptions*
Will definitely be using these soon.

Haul~Sephora - detailed post.

*Photo Intensive Post*

Sorry, lazy to collage the photos so you'll have to scroll *slowly* through this post.
All the stuff that my US lover bought for me from Sephora, US.

1st up, Benefit's bella bamba.
Lotsa swatches online, so I shan't do it.
I love Benefit's box blushers for the pigmentation and I've been lemming for this since it's launch.

Watermelon pink~
This box is a little different as there's a mirror inside and also its a flip open box.
One more thing, the blusher smells really good too unlike the other blushers.
Love this max!

Next, Philosophy's purity and hope in a jar.
Well, I've always wanted to try Philosophy products so I'm going to start with the most basic cleanser and moisturiser.
FYI, these are small versions 60ml and 90ml only.
Meant to be used when I travel *hopefully*.

My first Sephora brush.
Professionnel Platinum Natural All Over Shadow Brush #12.
I wanted a big fluffy brush for my eyelids.
I think this will do the trick =)

My 3rd Nars blusher in Madly.
I love the color and I have no dupe for this.
Shimmery salmon is probably what I'll describe this as.
I realise that Nars blusher tends to look darker in the pan than on the face.

UD Ammo palette and UD Eden primer.
This is a set on Sephora.com but at the stores they were sold seperately.

I've bought the Sin primer potion sometime back and it's working great for me.
Only problem is that it was shimmery and brown so kind of tough for me to use colors on top of it.
The one that dries clear is a tad drying on my lids so I bought Eden.
Matt light brown on drying.
Not sure if it'll make my shadows 'pop' but let's see how it goes.

Ammo palette.
I like the packaging, some parts are velvet and some are printed shiny purple.

I was a little wow-ed away with the Naked palette.
Been reaching out to it 2-3 times a week for various colors.
After looking at some of the shades in this Ammo palette, I was pretty happy with it too =)

These are gift/free~
The Bliss soapy suds were free from Sephora and the BM face fashion was a gift from my lover.

Blusher.

2 shadows - 1 in purple and the other one is ashy green.

Lippie - love the color~
And a pencil liner.

That's all folks!

Love Package from the States~Sephora!

Yes! Another planned haul~
This is probably the last one for makeup.
Thanks to a very nice friend from the states, I managed to pick some stuff up from Sephora.

I ordered makeup only so you could guess I was really surprised to see baby clothes in the list.

Card from my dearest~

My receipt from Sephora.

The haul.
These were stuff I ordered except for the bareMinerals face fashion which she got for me.
Not everything you see here is mine.
So I shall be doing another quick post on the stuff that's mine.

She got me baby bodysuits!
Pink and white - love it loads!!
One of it says 'pretty', another says 'just arrived' and the last one says 'hello world"!
Cute right?
Thanks Lisa!
XOXO

Changi ~ a series of events.

It was an unexpected chalet stay - that's all I can say.
Mr Look booked the chalet for some other reason and it was canceled.
So, we went to stay and enjoy the sea breeze.
Ha, this was only the start of the series of events that followed in the next 48 hours.

Beautiful scenery~
It was really like a short getaway to a beach resort.

The hall.
Bedroom.
There were 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor.
This came with a queen sized bed and the other had 2 single beds.
The room was really big.
I think there was a sofa bed in this room too.
2 toilets with shower - 1 on each floor.

My bag.
I got the Mr. Men from Taiwan and it brings back memories when I'm carrying this bag.

View from the 1st floor balcony.

Me working~
I was telling my friend on FB that this is the pregnant stance - 1 pillow behind and 1 on the lap.
This totally covered my bump.
Yes, that's a banana next to me.

The favorite drink for the 48 hours by Mr Look.

Erhm, yeap, unhealthy dinner.
All from Changi Village market - satay, fried oyster, prawn noodle and chicken wings.
Yummehz!
Mr Look and I both miss Taiwan's fried oyster.

Me!
Portion not very big for everything so it wasn't a stuffed dinner.

The gang that joined us after.
All poly mates from Dragonboat.
One of them had stayed over for both nights with us as it was raining/drizzling non-stop.
They had fun catching up while I was sleeping upstairs.

So, next day, Mr Look and Greg went for a jog and returned while I freshened up.
Headed to eat Changi Nasi Lemak and spent the rest of the day chit chatting, drinking beer, watching cable, laughing at each other and reminicsing the old times.
It was pure fun.
Lunch was the famous Changi V Wanton mee (yea, 3 meals already!).

Dinner time, we headed to Bedok Blk 85 for Bak Chor Mee.
Hahah, eating all the food with vengence since we were so near!
Greg ordered the mee from another store and seriously - all tasted the same.
Had satay made by chinese youngsters - pretty good!
On the way back, I had wanted to get ice-cream so we stopped at the Esso.
Mr Look's car battery die-d on him.

Thanks to a friend, we managed to resuscitate the car!
Oh yes, the battery chose to stop working at a petrol kiosk.
Haiz, car die-d again when we went back to the chalet so Mr Look had to call another friend to come by in the morning to help.
It was still drizzling and Greg was stuck for the night.
Hahaha, although there were no plans for the whole chalet it was a pretty interesting experience afterall.

Asos.com Haul~free shipping.

Recently ordered from Asos.com with a colleague since they were offering free International shipping.
Luckily I did as the Avojuice I got from Melva is loosing the effect on my tummy.
You really feel that your skin is being stretched max.
If I had seams on my sides, I believe you can probably see it ripping apart right now.

My colleague and me shared the order.
Less than 10 items in total.
My Buys.
1 Superdry Osaka 6 Tee for Mr Look at 20quid, 2 steam cream 10.50pound each, 1 Korres Body Milk 13pound and a Bourjois Blusher 6.99 pound.

The only 2 designs available on the site.
No choosing for me since I need the content in these metal tins.

The Bourjois blusher which is LE to Asos.com.

It smells like J&J powder.
Yet to swatch this at the moment.

My last item - Korres Aloe Vera Body Milk.
Why did I get this?

Look at all the above.
That's why.
And yes, I'm going to test this on my tummy too. =)

Hopefully, this works well on my tummy.
Next up, Sephora haul from the states.
