USS Sept 11, 2010 - The Lost World & Ancient Egypt.

Heading back into time for the next 2 areas.
So exciting althought US had these 2 areas too.

Jurassic Park!
Michelle and I headed to the Rapids Adventure which we got pretty wet at the end of the ride.
Correction: we were soaked!!!
Ma and Ami explored the park instead.
Ami wasn't feeling well and I guess Ma wasn't really up to getting wet.
Nonetheless, she was pretty sporting that day going on most of the rides with us.

In the queue for Canopy Flyer.
Despite looking harmless, it wasn't really.
Michelle and I sat on this ride backwards and that's where the fun came in.

Lunchtime!!

We grabbed hotdogs and mum was enjoying her turkey leg (which looks huge like some dino food)!!
All these while 'enjoying' the Water World show.

After filling our tummies, we headed to the theme area of Ancient Egypt.

Anubis!
The whole area was full of Anubis.
Probably it being the most famous God in shows and most remembered for its features of having a Jackal head.
Anubis is the God of Embalming (process of mummification) and was believed to have watched over the dead.

One of the rides we were anticipating.
Since we took it once in the US.
It was pretty exciting.
Indoor roller coaster!
There's a locker on the side where you can use it free for 30 minutes.
Just be careful how you use it =)
We locked our item in without knowing what the code was.

Entrance of the ride =)
I'd say it's more grand than the US one.

Too dark and pixelized but this guy greeted us at the entrance.
There was a queue behind mum while taking this photo so we had to speed up.

Queuing for the ride.
I have to say, the longest time spent on queuing for rides were about 30 minutes for the Canopy Flyer as it's 4 pax at one go.
The rest of the rides usually ranged from 15-25 minutes.
So it wasn't all that bad.
2 young boys said that they were taking this for the 7th time - that shows you how exciting it was.

More Anubis.

Since there was no real 'Anubis', ancient Egyptians were dressed in the costume to perform the embalming.
This guy was really pressing hard on our heads.
Like resting his weight and not only his hand!!
So, the whole Sci-Fi zone was like 'dead city'.
Nothing was open other than Accelerator which was a 'whirling twirling' attraction (teacup ride).
I will most probably puke so we gave it a miss.
Ma saw something open and rushed in.
Was the merchandise shop..hahaha!!!

Guess the F word.
Moving on to the Big Apple and Hollywood!
